1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
1/4 cup of pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
1-2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup or a natural sweetener of your choice
1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (or a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger)
1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder (an adaptogen known for stress relief and immune support)
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder (a superfood with anti-inflammatory properties)
A pinch of black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption)
A pinch of salt
Whipped coconut cream (optional, for topping)
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (for garnish)
Instructions:
Brew your coffee or espresso as you normally would. Ensure it’s hot and ready.
In a small saucepan, combine the almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, ashwagandha powder, turmeric powder, a pinch of black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it’s hot and well-blended. Be careful not to boil.
Pour the brewed coffee or espresso into a large mug.

If desired, top your Pumpkin Spice Latte with a dollop of whipped coconut cream.
